CULTIVATED IN MALTA without the use of chemicals. These in-house grown and dehydrated mushroom flakes are ideal to grind and use in teas, soups, stews, sauces and other dishes. They come in a reusable grip-seal bag and the shelf life is of 1 year when stored in a cool dry place and content is kept uncontaminated. The product is sold in flake form to show that it is 100% mushroom, without substrate, fillers, or other additives that are found in most commercially produced powders.
